A Montréal company brought me along on their team trip to Portugal to document a day of activities outside the office. The brief was simple, capture the group having a genuine good time without staging anything. I followed the team through the day, photographing the games, the shared meals and the in-between moments when people relax and forget the camera is there. These photos ended up being used internally, in recruitment material and on the company careers page, because they show what the team is actually like. Team trips and retreats are some of my favourite events to shoot, since the images age well and get reused for years. If your company has something similar coming up, I would be glad to join.
